Stanford fermented foods conference

Taylor Hanh Nguyen, our postdoc, was part of the team organizing the inaugural Stanford fermented foods conference, which will go down in history as the best conference EVER! It brought together 150 chefs, scientists, producers, and industry leaders for two packed days of discussion and engagement around fermentation for human health, flavor, and sustainability.
